1. Who we are

"DayTripr" or "we" is the provider of the DayTripr app and daytripr.app. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover the app and the website. Using the app means you accept them. The Privacy Policy covers personal data.

2. The service

Find day trips and places, save them, and, with an account, create places and trips, remix trips, report content and block authors.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple. You must be at least 18 to create an account; browsing and saving need no account. One account per person; you are responsible for what is done with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.

4. Community rules

Everything you publish (places, trips, photos, text, your handle) must be lawful, accurate and yours to share. Not allowed:

• illegal content, or content that encourages illegal or dangerous acts;
• hate, harassment, threats, or attacks on a person or group;
• sexual, violent or shocking content, and anything involving minors;
• other people's private information, or photos of people without their consent;
• content you do not own or have no right to share;
• spam, advertising or promotion, unless we agree to it in writing;
• places or routes that cross private property, closed areas or protected zones without permission;
• false or misleading places and trips, and impersonating anyone;
• malware, bots, scraping, or anything that overloads or breaks the service.

5. Zero tolerance, reports and blocks

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Report any trip, place or profile from its menu (spam, inappropriate, wrong information, copyright, other). Three reports from different users hide the item until we decide. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. We ban the accounts that post it: a ban hides all of the author's content and stops their sign-in. Blocking an author hides their content for you only. We host community content and do not check it before it is published, but we may edit or remove any content at any time.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give DayTripr a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence, which we may sublicense, for as long as the rights last, to host, show, copy, adapt, translate and distribute it in the app, on the web and in our promotion, with credit to your handle. Other users may remix your trips; a remix credits you. When you delete your account, your content stays, shown as by "deleted user". Delete any content you want gone first.

7. Safety

Trips, places, distances, drive times and opening hours are for information only and may be wrong or out of date. Check conditions, access and local rules before you go, respect private property and nature, and use your own judgement. DayTripr is not a navigation or safety tool; do not rely on it in an emergency.

8. Automatic translation

We translate content automatically on your device. Translations may be wrong; the author's original text prevails.

9. Our rights and the app licence

The app, its design, code and database belong to DayTripr. You may use them for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, extract or reuse the database, reverse-engineer the app, or resell it. This licence is between you and DayTripr, not Apple or Google; Apple's standard EULA also applies.

10. Premium

Premium adds remix, PDF export and offline packs. Creating places and trips stays free.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for interruptions, third-party content or actions, or decisions you make based on content in the app. You are responsible for your content and for any harm it causes.

12. Changes and law

We may change the service or these terms; the date at the top shows the last change, and we tell you in the app about important changes. Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer rights where you live. EU online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
